This is self explanitory really. You fill the inner compartemnt of the fridge door with any condiment and label the dispensers on the outside accoridngly. These could include

Ketchup, Mustard, BBQ, mayo, hotsauce, soy-sauce, tartare, sweet n sour, horserashish, wasabi, italian salad dressing, vinnagrette, etc etc.

You could fill these detactchable/washable compartements with whatever you fancy.

Just push the lever on the fridge-door and voila!

<evil thoughts>You could have a whole lot of fun by mixing up the labels or the contents (depending on what and when you have access to)</evil thoughts>
On the serious side, the nozzles could be behind a hatch/door/something, and/or store deeper (long nozzle/hose) to keep everything nice and cool.
