Every single one of you are going to play. You are all
going to learn what everyone else on the field is
doing for you. You will learn because we are going
to play in platoons. You will be grouped with five
others. You can elect a captain of your squad but
you will be 3 plays in at D-Line.
3 plays in at the
secondary. Then rest. 3 plays in at Oline. 3 PLAys
in at backfield. My job to teach you techniques.
The plays and alignments will be on your armband.
You're kids, technique is more important than
memorazation.

lineman to hear the play and then find their assignment. |
