Don't you hate when the football game is interrupted because a coach is challenging whether or not the play call was correct? Whether it was a first down or not? Don't you hate it even more when you can't tell because of the bad camera angles? Well, not anymore. Having cameras mounted on the end
holders for the First Down Chain would have the perfect angle to let you see whether or not the football passed the marker!

Isn't this largely rendered irrelevant by the electronic first-down line? Not a bad concept, though, since it might be a smidge more accurate. |
