Every single one of you are going to play. You are all going to learn what everyone else on the field is doing for you. You will learn because we are going to play in platoons. You will be grouped with five others. You can elect a captain of your squad but you will be 3 plays in at D-Line. 3 plays in at the secondary. Then rest. 3 plays in at Oline. 3 PLAys in at backfield. My job to teach you techniques. The plays and alignments will be on your armband. You're kids, technique is more important than memorazation.

       Though I don't like Duke basketball, I really respect coach K. Maybe because I think he is a great teaching coach.   

       I had the blocking schemes for every defense we were likely to see diagramed on an arm band for my center. Our head coach said no because he thought it would take too long for the lineman to hear the play and then find their assignment.   

       BAH!   

       Different defensive schemes would require a new card in the armband.
