For this to work, cars would have to be installed with micrphones and the speaker phone option. Yelling at the guy who cut you off in front could never be made easier. It would be similar to connecting to aol chat rooms(without typing) You log on... the screen-names of your neighboring drivers would appear on a screen. Then you just select your friend\stranger and talk. Plus you could select all and have conversations with the people on the freeway.
