Expensive, difficult, slightly dangerous, not particularly effective... I'm on a roll.

This idea came to me in the back of a taxi, ferrying home my wife's drunk friend. Rather than vomit out of the window (and suffer splash back) or on the floor (and get wet feet), she puked into the driver's seat-back pocket.

"Hey! Whaddya doing!"

Just imagine: The vomit, much less the smell would be impossible to get out and would follow the driver round for weeks.

It must be a common problem. In fact it's probable a common problem with all cars, at least insofaras rubbish and stuff.

One solution is airplane-type sick bags. But my idea is on a bigger scale: Large waterproof clip-on seat pocket liners with a zip-lock seal.
