Capsaicin Nasal Spray

 Saline and VERY dilute capsaicin for opening those stuffy noses.

On a roll (pun intended) with the hot pepper ideas today.. here's another one I've had for a long time...

Not sure how diluted you'd have to go, but a simple nasal spray made from capsaicin and saline. Even at very diluted amounts, it should cause your sinuses to open and let all the goop out without using drugs.. obviously finding the right dosage would be horrible (ahh!! too strong!!). Stuffy chili-heads unite!

       Having used topical capsaicin medication for joint pain, no thanks. I'll stick to eating hot sauce. That does a good enough job of opening sinuses.

       Wasabi always clears my sinus cavities in .000937 seconds. Take a big mouth full of wasabi...swish around mouth thoroughly...breathe out through nose as you start the stopwatch. Worked, huh?
