CGI Road Runner
Cartoon physics would be more startling if combined with (mostly) photo-realism | |
I was disappointed to discover recently that Geococcyx californianus was brown, not blue.
Nevertheless, I think it would be an interesting film-making (and software) challenge to produce sequences with falling anvils, fake tunnels, etc., which blended as seamlessly as possible, through CGI, with actual
footage of a real Californian ground-cuckoo and a real coyote.

Roger Rabbit was a cartoon, not CGI derived from images of actual rabbits. |
