Bungee cords for standing desk

The desks can be standing, but the office worker hangs from the ceiling.

I don't know why anyone thinks standing desks are a good idea. But if that's what the office provides this might make it acceptable.

You can bounce around as you work. Fall over backwards. Get the weight off your feet.

Productivity is enhanced as the elastic gently pulls you back to your work station. Improved safety as falling asleep or feinting harm is mitigated.

Standing desks? You'll be telling me next that Greater Anglia have introduced trains where you can sit down.

They're still working on trains that move from place to place under their own power; until then, the horse and cart remains the nearest thing available.
