Jim pondered the gravitational field of a massive object.

Jim reckons that gravitaional acceleration reduces with increased displacements from the surface of the object (towards the center).

Given this reduction in net acceleration Jim assumes that the static pressure within the massive object will plateau. And therefore at a specified displacement from the surface a small void may be constructed to withstand the static pressure.

safest place in the universe? Jim is pulling our collective leg. Sometimes Jim's posts make me feel a little angry.

Aw, c'mon, Jim's an okay guy, he just assumes a bit too much, that's all.

Jim should post his own ideas or, better still, not post them.

       Jim grew tiresome.

Jim grew longer and longer as he underwent spaghettification on his way through the event horizon in search of his "safe".

Jim, whilst under certain exotic theoretical situations may still be alive, is beyond the event horizon of a supermassive black hole. His "influence cone" no longer intersects ours, we are causally separated and nothing he does can ever bear any influence over us anymore.

Good. Can we stop talking about Jim now?

Evelyn, a modified dog Viewed the quivering fringe of a special doily Draped across the piano, with some surprise

In the darkened room Where the chairs dismayed And the horrible curtains Muffled the rain She could hardly believe her eyes

A curious breeze A garlic breath Which sounded like a snore Somewhere near the Steinway (or even from within) Had caused the doily fringe to waft & tremble in the gloom

Evelyn, a dog, having undergone Further modification Pondered the significance of short-person behavior In pedal-depressed panchromatic resonance And other highly ambient domains...

Grog wondered why Jim was suddenly 400 feet long and as thin as a human hair. Grog thought perhaps, just as art (and plumbing, apparently) imitates life, that Jim's safe appears to function like a bathtub drain. This led Grog to ponder, as Jim quietly disappeared, do the bathtub black holes spin the other way in the southern universe? Grog was suddenly distracted by a shiny penny at his feet and forgot all about Jim.

The plateau will be bigger than what?

Jim creates a theoretical construct It should survive the of confines of existance At the center of a massive cloud Condensing growing coalescing but safe Beneath a sphere of matter arched Until the super massive dissolves

Jim chuckles a theortical construct released At the end of everything Noone there to understand what it was...

suspect that it would take is one thief with a long hook on the other side of the back hole to nick the money.

Of course getting the technology together to go to the other side of the black hole would almost certainly end up more expensive than the contents of the safe, but once you've got it, it can be reused.

Jim needs to re-take Astrophysics 101 and 3rd-grade spelling & punctuation.

Jim needs a new way to present ideas.
