Had A dream: in part
Sitting in a blinding white room opposite an Asian girl in white chefs' uniform. She is pretty and has little bit of jet black jewelery and insignia. Sort of art deco Mondrian but only black and white. The bar between us also has a random scatter of art deco Mondrian
Mostly useless black shelves. I Ask what she is doing? Making many tiny pots of oatmeal. Stirring with chop sticks. The end product being An ivory ice cube tray with a dozen flavors, colors, and temperatures (Hot, Frozen Jellied) of oatmeal. Some look like fish eyes.
The high price and low quantity of pretty pretty food seems the attraction.
Basically an over the top vegetarian sushi bar with pretensions. Must have been a busy place - Heard a lot of noise in the background.

Hmm, kind of like the Bug and Bee cafe in Silom, where you can`t actually get anything normal, it has to be "fusion" which never seems to quite work out, for example `Shanghai Fried Date Crepe`. |

fever dream quality. I would eat with joyful enthusiasm at
a place like this at least once if I were able to enter large
metropolitan areas where such establishments are nearly
exclusively found, which I somewhat sadly am not. |
