Anti-Grav Man has just one super power, and that is that gravity works on him the opposite way it does on everything else. He is repelled by it. He falls up. All the time. And it's not really a super power, it's always-on, it's just the way he is. He has a large AGM on his chest, upside down so that the citizens can read it.

He hangs out in his Anti-Grav Hideout, living on the ceiling. When he gets a call he heads out in his specially built GravCar (sitting upside down) that keeps him from falling through the atmosphere into space. Arriving at the scene of the crime, he leaps from ceiling to ceiling trying to apprehend the bad guys... he can 'jump' down and grab the miscreant and fall up to the ceiling and release him, sending him crashing to the floor and knocking him out. Unless the bad guy is heavier than he is, which can leave Anti-Grav Man 'hanging' straight up from the guy's shirt collar. When he meets a bad guy of the same weight, they cancel each other out and float in the room until one lets go.

He tries to maintain a high-fat high-carb diet to avoid these problems. He tends to run out of breath quickly though. He has bruises all over his knees and shins from ceiling fans.

He also is limited to being able to do any actual apprehending 'indoors' for obvious reasons. Not very effective alone but can be of great assistance as a member of the Justice League. (His application is still pending.)

You're all missing how this guy would travel. He would be like Spiderman, only in reverse. Shooting darts into the ground, he would swing through the air on ropes pulled upwards by his antigravity.

Obviously, all the supervillains would need to do would be cut the rope, but that would be his kryptonite (nemesis = Scissorsman).

A real bummer when he went outside for the first time. "Hold on to that rope, *that* rope, *THAT* ... Ah well, he seemed like a nice kid" as anti-gravity baby rockets away from the planet, suffocating quietly as he leaves the atmosphere.

Silly, he got his powers in a laboratory accident in his teens.

Hope he realised before he went outside.

I *suppose* he could wear really heavy shoes, and take them off inside.

i like the swinging from ropes anchored to the ground idea.

You can get those if the feng shui consultant goes too far, as well.
