A Breadular meal

For people who really like bread

Breaded bread, served with a bread sauce, a side of a bread-stuffed bread, and bread pudding for dessert.

More specifically: Slices of bread or buns rolled in bread crumbs then fried. With a sauce thicked with chunks of bread, maybe a cream sauce with lots of chunks of bread to really feature the bread. And a bun made by stuffing one kind of bread into the dough of another kind before baking. Like maybe chunks of walnut-and-cranberry cornbread stuffed into an oatmeal bread dough.

And bread pudding for dessert.

       I think a recipe must include more than no ingredients, in addition the first one.

       I think anything involving fried bread is a good starting point.

       //walnut-and-cranberry cornbread// not bread, cheating.

       We could sneak in some sweetbreads and breadfruit. Serve with a pint of Whitbread.

       Bun, because you're obviously famished for one.

       Nutritionally questionable. You couldn't live by that alone.

       Hmm, looks messy. Could you slip that sandwich into a pita pocket for me?

       (My mom used to put white bread chunks in with canned tomatoes, liquid and all, and put that on the table in a bowl as if it was to be eaten.)

       A bread bowl?

       Let's all... eat bread?

       A bun for the word 'breadular' though.

       I gained three pounds just reading this post, [EB]. I know you hardly need it with this bread spread, but here's another bun [+]. (RATS! Just put on another pound...)

       ...and a bread drink? Beer doesn't count!

       it's almost beer...but OK.

       Come on, it's not noticeably alcoholic and it's made with bread!

       // a bread drink //

       In Pharonic Egypt, beer was also made from bread. <link>

       Is there a gluten-free option?
DrWorm, Jan 26 2011

       No.

       Breadfruit, kvass, sweetbreads

       I know of these things but I hadn't thought of it. GEEZ! I feel like an idiot

       There's also breadfish. It's an African lake fish, but that's about all I can find out about it. Also Penny Buns (ceps), and the Cottage Loaf Turtle.
