This is a corporation for African Unity made up of experts in tradition Africsn Tribal music where many of the "ghosts" passed down through Aural tradition are hard to ascribe intellectual property rights to but are probably much older than traditional European legal notions of IPR, and more fundamental to the way the contemporary world is organized. So maybe the A in Alphabet should stand for African or Algorithmic and be on of Googles top priorities to fund the formation of a grass roots corporation for African Unity based on proceeds from a new algorithmic interpretation of rhythmic IPR.

//probably much older than traditional European legal notions of IPR//

In most countries, IPR of various sorts has a finite lifespan. 70 years after the death of the creator is typical.
