It sounds like somebody blowing a razzberry and there's an appropriateness to the message since I'm pretty sure if you were angry enough at somebody to fire 3,900 rounds per minute at them you probably wouldn't have a problem blowing a razzberry in their direction either.
Now you could say that taunting
your enemies isn't very nice but neither is shooting thousands of rounds per minute at them so it's kind of splitting hairs.
