It all depends if you take the word 'then' to imply a continuous state of being or a discrete event. The meaning can thus either be "There are people that weren't born by that point in time but who after that point were in the state of having been born", or "There are people for whom the time of their birth was not the exact time this idea was posted on May 27th 2003" |

[a1] It wouldn't help. Everyone is is a state of having been born. Even the dead, though they don't know it. The unborn are different than the undead. More that 237 unborn can dance on the head of a pin, whereas only a few entire, or a small collection of undead parts will fit. This word salad is like asking, "Yo, Jake, is Wilson still dead?" |
