watershirt 2: the wickening

This water-wicking shirt would include a special patch on the back (or wherever it may be comfortable. Sleeves?). The patch would be waterproof on the inside, but designed to easily absorb and exude water on the outside. The water container would wick to it.

Blowing thereupon would be a battery powered fan, further reducing the temperature of that patch of cloth, and therefore the wearer.

       There is apparently extensive Prior Art in the use of evaporative cooling of humans.   

       It's called "sweating" ... Baked and WKTE.   

       Probably more efficient to either (a) wear light clothing and allow natural cooling to occur, using the liquid supply to replace lost fluids by ingestion, or   

       (b) (much more effective) go somewhere cooler.
