warm tap/faucet

I have an on demand water heater, it heats up the water very quickly, great when I want seriously hot water, but most annoying if I just wan't to wash my hands and some one else happens to have used the tap a minute before hand.

I would like a heater that had two heating paths, one with half the number of elements which was piped to my warm taps.

No more unexpected scalding and less energy used

That would seem to be the idea.

If you gave her a warm tap, she'd probably sue you. i.e. "faucet."
