Netflix or Video places could use this to generate numbers on what parts of a CD actually get viewed

The coating which goes on like acrylic polish is slightly fluorescent to UV yet passes the Read beam The read beam modifies the fluorescenceness of the coating

After a play it is possible to see what areas of the disc were actually used

a video place application would have a computer zap n photo each disc on return to build a database find out what people were actually watching plus rewatching full fluorescence is restores with a brief polish The database is able to interpolate several views between polishings

This survey data would be used to order titles directors could also learn from the audience behavior data
