standard skins

standard skin protocol

we need a standard skin protocol that any program can use. winamp and netscape 6 use themes, and so do alot of other programs. wouldnt it be nice to use one skin for all of them? and the OS could handle the skins too. they could be used on the websites you visit too.

       I've seen skins for IE too, but never bothered with them. With a browser or whatever, I'm not looking at the interface, I'm looking at the contents.   

       Winamp is a little different, and I do use one there...
