step 1. set up a website that is hard to exit with your prefered image/video. (it needs to be hard to exit so people wanting to use the internet terminal won't disturb your piece of art).
step 2. go to your local shopping mall, put a few dollars in the public internet terminal and open up your
website.
step 3. watch the response from the public.
