I was thinking 1c or whatever per word, with a discount for style, making it in the form of a haiku or something like that.

       So you'd have to have a credit card on file to be a member, and your posts would be voted as trolling or non-trolling.   

       When you reached a certain point in the scoring, your card would be billed.   

       Well, at least it's not in other:general. I think the category is appropriate given current events.
