A multi level gym with open central core .
Each piece of equipment has heavy balls of specific colour .
As the machines are used the balls are conveyed to the top level .
This transfer can be done by screws , escalators , cable lifts ( what has the most gee whiz factor )
At the core is a loverly
cascade of falling coloured balls
so one can watch all that hard work disappear .
Clever use of water , lights , and trampolines in controlled fall path could produce some exciting effects .

Cool! Just to clarify: the work done by each machine goes to operate one of the lifting devices - so just to take one example, a rowing machine is attached to an archimedes screw, and the rower can watch his work being frittered away on lifting red balls up to the ceiling and then dropped. |

I was thinking the reward for the hard work was to watch your ball fall through a logic process (pachinco machine like) designed by
physics artists .
A path of water trough drops , hoop jumps off ramps , trampoline bounces , loop deloops , a chaos theory pathdivide , multipaths and billard collisions .
