A device to compliment your microwave oven.

We have long had microwave ovens to heat food up rapidly. How about a microfridge that can do just the opposite. Maybe new microwaves could have a heat/cool setting, combining both devices into one.

       This is called flash freezing, and there are machines that can do it.

       You could do this with something very porous, say bread or sponge toffee, simply by pouring liquid N2 over/through it. As for microcooling a Christmas turkey with stuffing, I dunno.
