It seems to me that the military is very good at destroying things. Why can't they destroy fire.

Cluster bombs, napalm techniques if returned to the good side must be able to put out or control fires in new ways. Factory mass production of extinguisher ordinance could mean an airstike could be called in a matter of tens of minutes from a local military base. A fully laden heavy bomber must have a white, deoxygenated impact.
