Actually a rather beautiful idea
And (belated)
welcome to the Halfbakery! |

OK, this was a good one. I say we call out the Halbakery Rendition Team and bring back [annie_j]. |

Incidentally, I wonder if similar effects could be produced for other senses? For instance, if you played very, very loud white noise, from which middle C had been filtered out, would you hear a middle C when the noise stopped abruptly? |

I voted (+), but I doubt that [annie_j] will notice. |

The bun'll come out tomorrow. Bet your bottom anno that tomorrow, there'll be bun. |

Might be a good Aurora Borealis package in a sensory deprivation chamber. |

Well, that would certainly explain the hissing at the end of my
asigmatic poetry readings. |

If it's already very dark, I don't think closing the eyes will make any difference. You'd get the after-images anyway. |

Sad story about annie, witnesses said she had her eyes
tightly closed as she stepped off the pavement outside the
exhibition space - and met her untimely demise. She
seemed entranced, mouth wide with wonder. A light went
out that day |
