having to score your meds on the street is irritating, dangerous, and no way for a gentleman to act. they dispense stamps already from ATMs, why not be able to purchase lickable MediPads(tm) at your local ATM, too? that way, any loser with an ATM card can experience better living through chemistry without unsightly odors, having to put up with jay-and-silent-bob-type punkass dealers, or having to find a croacker that writes. yes, i realize i stole that last bit, so fucking sue me, my meds have fucking RUN OUT already, get it? hamsters?

Annotation:

I get my meds from the chemist. An automated prescription service might be quite a neat idea.

[If you have to buy recreational pharmaceuticals from blokes standing on the street, you're not doing it properly.]

Can I just say that, although this idea is utterly stupid, and the poster is probably a total fool, the idea description is one of the funniest things I've seen today (and that includes an interview with John Prescott).

¯attila: I think that mentally associating "unsightly odors" and pads, Medi™ or otherwise, with any sort of machine will give me a funk that no drug can fix.

Sorry you seem to be having a bad salmon day.

I recently heard a news story where drug-dispensing ATMs might be used in pharmacys (druggists) to reduce the queue time.
