Make all police firewarms be connected to the internet. and send a tweet every time the firearm is discharged. would make the public awar of the exact frequwncy of goverment shootings. And would serve as a reminder to police that using their firearm would be publically known.

       Interesting. If an employer has the right to surveille their employees while on the clock, then so to should tax payers be able to surveille public employees while they are on the clock.   

       As we firmly embrace Big-Brotherdom, we might as well be transparent while we're at it.
