We already are having animated meme gifs with large
text
saying stuff like "Ain't Nobody Got Time for That!".
What would be nice is if the browser can read and
extract
embedded soundclips and play it.
You could use normal video. But the idea is that the
audio in
meme clips are by default
off, and only plays on hover or
click. Also gifs are everywhere and can still be displayed
as an image, even if video support doesn't exist.
