a lever handle that fits over a door knob and tightens as it's rotated, like an automotive oil filter wrench. It would ease access for handicapped people or maybe a semi-permanant one for people that always have thier hands full. Just hit it with your knee.

Actually, re-reading his idea just now, it looks more like one you carry around with you to convert OTHER doorknobs, like on other people's houses, or hotels or whatever... |
