A standard grand piano, but with the keys replaced by lifelike prosthetic human fingers; To play it, the pianist wears gloves which make your fingers look like piano keys.

       The piano should play automatically via MIDI, or punched paper rolls, so that the pianist rests their square-gloved hands on the instrument and the prosthetics wiggle the human's fingers.
