Of course this is for those, that are too wise too early.

Adolescents need to show a subtle indicator that their difference, yet identified, is a good for society. They'll know if their soul has been labelled or not. A ball, as a societal focal point, will be a perfect place to state your potential affect in a fungenius way.

A slightly intoxicating preservative and fixer might be a necessity.

There are a various genera as possible choices from common supermarket, boutique cooking, various mind altering and, ultimately, Amanita phalloides (gives new meaning to wearing a cap).

We all know our bodies are eventually compost.

There is almost an idea here.

       Soul-labelling? Fungenuity? Sorry, but I don't follow your mushroom-logic.

I have no idea what this is meant to mean. Is one meant to carry around a mushroom in a ball, snowglobe-stylee? Or does one host a dance featuring fungi?

Did you just consume some magical mushies, [wit]? And if so send me some. I miss the days of colorful, senseless thoughts.

       Right-on.

I do like the idea of shirt buttons in the shape of mushrooms.

//We all know our bodies are eventually compost.// Not necessarily. I know someone who had his wife preserved by freeze-drying.

No, wait. It was his cat.

It wasn't us. Honestly... it really wasn't us, not this time. We'd never bother with a cat that was already dead ...

Not soon enough for you, [wjt]

The spore body is a type of flowering, right ? Just another flower.
wjt, May 31 2017

It's called a "fruiting body." Flowers are only found on angiosperms of the plant kingdom.

There is no “after Brexit”, Ian. It's like “before the Big Bang”.

Except that the Daily Mail will have more to say about it.

Incidentally, during the Sansovar Rising of 1850-1852 in Hungary, the rebels wore a dried boletus mushroom in their caps to identify themselves to other rebels. The rising, of course, was quashed in August 1852, possibly due to the lack of boletus mushrooms in midsummer.

[blissmiss] I'm so glad you got to experience psychedelic mushrooms. I miss them, although there are kits on the internet to grow them.

[wjt] I could see this working on Etsy.
