Great idea for streetlamps. Of course the sunlight probably couldn't keep the streetlamp fully lit all night, but its supplement of energy would surely cut consumption of manufactured power. |

We do have luminescent panels on some of our newer aircraft, Diamond, for instance. It's a panel beneath the glare shield, which casts a cool glow on the instrument panel. |
