There are things called roboadvisors that take the place
of
a personal advisor when advising how to invest money.
My perception is they ask about risk tolerance as well as
goals and then they recommend a custom balanced
portfolio. I think you then click "make it happen' and
then
they redistribute
your money. Obvious, but apparently
this
is slightly new.
I think there could be a roboadvisor about where to live
or
move to. It would ask questions about what you do, how
much you value good schools, how interested you are in
getting money from real estate appreciation, climate,
and
balancing both people/earner's preferences. The
roboadvisor would then tell you which city or town to
move
to.
They could then compare the roboadvisor's advice among
100 people who took the advice with 100 people who
were
not roboadvised to see if the roboadvisor actually caused
greater quality of life.

I've been thinking about setting up a compound in
Montana,
USA, because normal-sized house cats are just too small.
For
the modest fee of a coach class ticket to Missoula, I
would pick
you up in my truck and you can join my encampment
where
we will provide food and stimulating diversion for a
collection of
free range lynx, bobcat, and mountain lion. I suggest that
this will deliver truly great quality of life, as in my mind's
eye the
cats seem quite happy with this arrangement. |
