My idea is a game soley based on one of the nations least fovourite pastimes HOUSEWORK.The game would be supplied with a virtual suit with a head visor.Through this every movement would be recreated and so would the backache and strain. You would compete in a vorious selection of events against opponents on the net.Events included would be fastest washing hang and best ironed shirt etc.

I'd give a bun if you made this

       a) a game popularised with kids, perhaps with characters from whatever fad's the moment
b) secretly connected to a remote control droid, so that they actually volunteer to do their chores...

He was well renowned for his "concurrent 7 shirt" ironing technique. Alas, one fateful day, his attention wondered for just a few minutes, but the damage was done: his fate and reputation sealed forever, washburn7 retreated into hermitage at the half-bake, an anonymous refuge...

Welcome, btw - nice idea, although I think my modification would add the essential "half-baked" quality to it. But I would think that, wouldn't I?

i can just see my husband spending hours at the computer, getting so involved in the competition that he's too exhausted to do the *real* laundry....

I already have all the fun of housework on my PC. It's called writing TCL scripts. Many people find Visual Basic for Applications to be equally thrilling.
