Underwater binocular webcam

A consumer-grade product, intended to sell well below USD$100 retail.

The tough waterproof plastic carry case contains:

1. Waterproof binocular mini digital video camera, with LED lighting, and 8m cable.

2. 5 metre long durable extending "selfe stick"*

3. Controller/battery and charger.

4 VR goggles**

Attach camera to stick. Extend stick. Attach power unit to camera cable. Attach goggles to power unit. Lower camera into water. Turn on power, put on goggles. Watch marine life in its natural habitat without SCUBA gear or even getting wet. Record what you see.

Also useful for examining boat hulls.

*Bright yellow, and buoyant, with lanyard.
