Worried that there might be rat urine on your office chair? Scared there might be old semen on that hotel bedspread? Now you can find out with the BUNGCO UV penlight. This dandy little gem clips onto your keyring to stay handy at all time. Rat urine and semen glow under UV light, and with the UV penlight, you can detect their presence and take appropriate actions. The UV penlight helps detect unsuspected scorpions (which also glow) and will make your KISS poster from 1975 look great. An added bonus - you can use the penlight to pick up skin fungus infestations - which also will glow!

       Only rat urine glows? Why?
k_sra, May 11 2004

I assumed rat urine glowed because the excrete intact porphyrins. This is why the urine of people with porphyria glows. Their fingernails glow too. Not sure about rat fingernails. Toenails. Whatever.

OK, now, bones or no, everyone needs to check out the sweet linked page with rats, and UV photography.
