Turkey farmers are in big trouble this
year as they have planned to produce
millions of large turkeys for Christmas, each
suitable for feeding combined family
gatherings of 8-16 people. Now, with
Covid-19, everyone will want turkeys to
feed 4-5 people.
This is a method
for jointing
a large turkey and
separating all the bits, and then
reconstituting it and tying sections
together with that string that butchers
use, to produce two smaller turkey-like
objects.

It's good, so I'm in the croissant's store, but I would
like it even more if the turkey pieces were made
to fit together to become something iconic other
than reduced size turkeys, like an assault rifle for
example. KFC47? |
|
|
[xen] I admit, that would make Christmas more fun |

That is sheer unadulterated genius. We would buy a KFC-47. |

What, like two half-turkeys? I've seen "half a chicken" for
sale; why not half a turkey? Or is it an un-written rule that
you MUST have a WHOLE TURKEY on the table... |
|
|
Well obviously, if you only have half a turkey for half the number of attendees, then you are obliged to have half a table to present it on. |

Feathers and feet and eyes and all? |

In that case blend the entire turkey into turkey
mcnuggets, and shape how you would like. I'm
thinking an alligator... |

For those still devouring beautiful animals to appease
their stale and, for most of us, meaningless holidays, I
suggest a Cornish Hen be split between each duo
attending. Keeping the murder rate among the poultry
family, or whatever a turkey is, to a min. |

< Thinks he's seen something about a "Turkey Reduction"
before, so moves along. > |

Very wise ... nothing to see here ... well, much less to see after than before ... just keep moving ... |

Just make sure you don't end up with The Last Turkey In The Shop ... |

Wild turkey eggs are eaten by all kinds of predators. |

What do you have against ugly animals? Should break out
my recipe for Snake Surprise at our next Thanksgiving? |
