Towel + Trousers = Trowsels
Just put them on when you get out of the bath or shower, and move around in them for a while. They also dry your feet because they have built in socks. The whole thing is bit like the bottom part of a child's romper suit, only it's made out of towelling.

I like this idea, but would design it with hikers/campers in mind. There's nothing worse (probably are a few things, but this ranks up there with the worst) than washing yourself in a river or campsite shower and then having to walk back to your tent over sandy/muddy ground. Clean, dry feet are essential for a happy hike.
The trowsels could be waterproof trousers + socks with a toweled inner lining that can be put on while still in the river. By the time you've got back to your tent, you're dry and can put on that fresh pair of socks 'n shoes.
The outside of the trowsels can then be rinsed off, and a long string attached to the inside of the big toe on each foot could help invert the trowsels. Said string would then be used to hang trowsels upside down, drying the toweling and letting waterproof outside drip dry overnight. [+] |

[21Q], I was imagining gardening pants with pockets down the sides for your small handheld gardening tools, trowels included. Alternatively I guess they could be a variation of carpenter's pants with special pockets for a variety of trowels (aka bricklayers pants) for masons or tilesetters and such. |
