Fast food places give out millions of microprocessor controlled toys with kids meals. I propose a 2 or 3 pin interface that allows reprogramming of the microprocessor inside. With this, and a web site with the protocols made public, the smart hackers could have a fun time re-purposing these toys. They'd get a whole new life.

The fast food places could make a little more money selling the USB-to-toy-bus adapter as well.

This sounds like something from Make magazine.
