So, do you mean just a toilet, or a port-a-potty? Maybe there can be a port-a-potty attached to the side with it's own smaller balloon, as I would think the weight of it would be too much. I think it's a good idea so here is your croissant. (([+])) |

[xandram], I was thinking of a traditional port-a-potty (see inspiration [link]). I do like your idea of attaching a separate balloon to assist in buoyancy (probably zeppelin style to allow the comfort station to get close enough to the balloon). |

And if it has separate buoyancy, what's to stop an enterprising young capitalist from launching a flying toilet service for hot air balloon rodeos, where dozens of them gather? It could go from balloon to balloon, serving up drinks and snacks... |
