Riding in a hot air balloon is an amazing experience. Why let the call of nature ruin the trip? Simply attach a portable toilet to the side of the basket. It would be on a pulley system to lower it down below the basket when not in use. Inspired by [link] and [link]...

       So, do you mean just a toilet, or a port-a-potty? Maybe there can be a port-a-potty attached to the side with it's own smaller balloon, as I would think the weight of it would be too much. I think it's a good idea so here is your croissant. (([+]))

       [xandram], I was thinking of a traditional port-a-potty (see inspiration [link]). I do like your idea of attaching a separate balloon to assist in buoyancy (probably zeppelin style to allow the comfort station to get close enough to the balloon).   

       And if it has separate buoyancy, what's to stop an enterprising young capitalist from launching a flying toilet service for hot air balloon rodeos, where dozens of them gather? It could go from balloon to balloon, serving up drinks and snacks...
