Tightrope Walking With Monkeys

Tightrope walkers often carry a long pole to help them balance, but this is old hat compared to Tightrope Walking With Monkeys.

In this variation two monkeys are gently tethered at the respective ends of the balancing pole. This means that they can move around, but not to such a great extent as to make the task totally impossible.

The walker must now negotiate their vertiginous journey, compensating for the random movements and antics of the two additional passengers.

The Monkey-Weasel Correlation (for Kiwi!) http://en.wikipedia...Pop_Goes_the_Weasel
For the significance of Broussonetia centrality, see the 1914 American version. [Alterother, Sep 23 2012]

       That may be going too far, [el leopardo]. There is significant historical evidence that activities involving monkeys, weasels, and (optionally) mulberry bushes do not end well.

       Hang on a mo.... just looking up 'vertiginous'... Ah right. Got it . Now. Where was I ?... Oh yes. Monkeying around with a couple of monkeys. This is not a good idea. Those little beggars would nick the tight rope, leaving the walker up in the air.

       //and optionally mulberry bushes// ? Unusual fetish.

       I don't much like monkeys. Add a true element of precariousness to your totterings by using budgies as one of their best activities is sidling in groups at warp speed along perches.
