Starting on 4 August 2014, thousands of young Germans, wearing grey
uniforms and helmets with spikes on, and carrying rifles slung over
their shoulders, ride their bicycles into france and Belgium from the
East.
The french participate in the event by donning shorts, singlets and
training shoes,
and then running away as fast as possible.

I'm getting my period and that feels strange. |

It kind of chose itself, after we discovered there was no category
"sport: cycling: schlieffen plan"
it was the nearest to "sport:
exercise: equipment: maquis". |

and the execrable "Plan XVII"

when they weren't being ordered to retreat by the likes of
Lanrezac, leaving the British flank exposed
