The Tick Tack is a sawed off canoe that allows the user to stand and use the skateboard-click-clacking motion to propel the vessel across the water. This might be aided by using some weights at the ends of A spring to add to the energy storing capability, and a long and flexible skeg/back rudder.

//click clacking motion// is a side to side sway of the legs/board with the upper body relatively stationary, yes ? won't work: between the size of the board required for flotation, and stiction...

This idea came from an old film of someone doing canoe tricks by standing on the tip of one end of a canoe and lifting the other side of the canoe out of the water to get it onto a dock. I figure if you sawed off the canoe at about a third you would have a length that you could reasonably swing back and forth maybe with the help of some weights on a spring and a long flexible rudder of the end of the canoe.
