Being a word-freak from way back I used to scorn those who actually "used" a thesaurus, or a similar book of synonyms to enhance web-searching.
How the prideful hath fallen. The inside of my skull still resembles the night-sky over the desert, but to my horror, black holes are popping up all
over it, each one being where a cluster of word-galaxies has blinked out forever.
So does any 'baker know of a browser, good bad or indifferent that has a thesaurus on tap to save me from fumbling with a book? Now if Google had one ...

egnor: as a way to play ahead. Hover the cursor at a point and watch the game play. Move the cursor to hover at another node, and the game play follows suit.
Why not just play the game? Well, I do, but I just feel that the visual display would be KEWL! |

FWIW, I open Word and use its Thesaurus and spell checker. It'd be nice to have these built into a browser, but building them into the OS would be better. |

Building it into the OS would *not* be better. I don't want to sacrifice storage space or performance just because other people have vocabulary deficits. |

I believe what phoenix is searching for would better be implemented as a separate thesaurus program that could be called by the user or by other applications--the equivalent of ispell. |
