Most people going for a colonoscopy are looking for answers - being given the all-clear, or bad news. However it is also a once-in-a-lifetime experience to see inside your bowel. I think it would be very interesting to advertise this tour of the bowel in its own right.
The tour could advertise seeing
your anus, rectum, the colon wall, the 2 'colic flexures', the appendix and end with the entrance to the small intestine, plus augmented reality additions along the way like flagpoles, moon footprints, famous people, car keys, Mount Rushmore in the colon wall etc. It could be accompanied by scenic classical music such as The Blue Danube waltz and a professional voiceover artist.
Why would you want this? After all, a colonoscopy can be painful and risky. Aside from pure curiosity, there could be plenty of souvenirs to take away - photos of your face as the scope goes round or the inside of your bowel printed on postcards and t-shirts to send to friends.

(snicker) Treejuice, it's spelled "Uranus". <-- (joke) |
But seriously, [+] for the soundtrack alone. I'd have scary music at suspect spots, polyps etc. |
Which reminds me of the best song ever written about that wildly inappropriately named planet. |
It's his it's hers it's there's it's ours a fact that is quite plainus. |
It's there for all the world to share,
it's mine and it's Uranus. |

Monetizeing the arse and all points north. Yes, I think this could work. |

Interested who would pay for "billboard" advertisements along the Hershey Highway. Laxative companies would be a no brainer for one thing. |

You're a strange one Mr. Sap. |
Yay! Yet another opportunity to further the coining of the term Sphinxter. |

"On the left we have Coloniscopis of Rudes, while ahead on the right is the Tighthouse of Analexandria. There will be a ten minute break and then we're on to the Hanging Polyps of Borbormygnion. How the ancients even knew how to construct these things is beyond our modern knowledge." |

I'd just like to point out that there's a category in the Halfbakery titled: "science: health: anus". |
It has not one, not two, but eight entries. |
The Halfbakery: the single most creative and out there site on the internet. |
...well that's just overkill. |
