The Judgemental Skullcap

Wisdom comes with time. And with time, comes less hair.

This is a modern replacement of the white curly British hairpieces, which apparently are French in origin and thus are European and thus are not British. As many nations are still 'British' in that they bow regularly to their king, this affects much of the world.

Continuing onward - since most men and and many women tend towards baldness in their later years, wisdom is actually best expressed in the lack of hair.

Thus judges should instead of white lambswool curls, wear a shiny smooth skullcap of human skin, which represents the wisdom of the elders. it in fact could be taken from the pate of the previous elders that are respected, and thus carry on their legacy.

Or they could wear a whole skull, to indicate that they are channeling the even greater wisdom of the afterlife.

Red LEDs in the eye-sockets would be mandatory. If you liked, you could also put them in those of the cleaned skull.
