Children's swingset with telescoping frame that ratchets the top bar higher and higher into the air with each swing. At about 75ft, the bar reverses and ratchets back down, allowing riders the chance to get back off.

Can you make it so I can finally go all the way around?

Does the chain increase in length as the bar rises, creating an ever-longer swing-arc but maintaining the same plumb distance from the ground? Or do you simply get pulled up higher with the same short swing-arc?

How about a telescoping slide. You walk up, say, five steps, start to slide, and the slide gets longer as you slide down it. More Slide, Less Climb -
