Now and again, some people occasionally suffer from pimples in that little area of one's back that one can never reach with one's own hands.
While not painful, these pimples can be uncomfortable and irritating.
Since it is impossible to reach the pimple to either squeeze it, or apply a suitable
medication, the options are a bit limited.
1. Get your partner to do this for you.
2. Get professional medical help.
Option (1) is not open to all, and option 2 can be expensive and is a poor use of a scarce resource.
The answer is a telechiric pimple prodder. It resembles a frame rucksack without the backpack, but with two shoulder straps and a belt to hold it firmly in position. From the base of the frame, two joysticks swing forward on arms to a comfortable position, and a visor hinges over the head. The visor may be purely optical (using lenses and mirrors), or may be electronic. A source of illumination is included.
The joysticks couple to two precision manipulators with tool change capability - tweezers, needles, etc. and antiseptic dispensers. Sterile single use tools are provided.
The sufferer dons the apparatus and sees in front of them an inage of their own back, as if they were standing in front on themseves. By means of the joysticks, they use the tools to attack and neutralise the offending skin blemish.
